Permanent Make-up is a process whereby natural, mineral pigments are impregnated just under the surface of the skin by means of a tiny, sterile,
disposable needle.
These hypo-allergenic pigments are specifically designed for facial application, and contain no added fragrances or emollients. Not to be compared with
tattooing, this process lasts indefinitely, creating naturally beautiful looking features.
Permanent make-up provides a safe and artful alternative to traditional make-up. As well, it is used to enhance or correct problematic features.
Since the early 1990’s permanent make-up has exploded in popularity. It is now considered a main-stream beauty treatment. External Affairs has perfected the art of permanent make-up removal and shape and color corrections. Prices for corrective procedures are based on consultation.

Together with you, we will always agree upon any work before we begin your treatment. These treatments are a process which includes the initial consultation, application of pigment, and in the case of lips, sometimes one or two follow up visits for adjusting the shape and colour or density of the pigment.
