Hello, I'm Amber! My profound fascination with the beauty industry traces back to my high school days in Edmonton, Alberta. It was there that I embarked on a journey by completing the Registered Apprenticeship program for hairstyling and makeup artistry. For five years, I honed my skills as a journeyman and Red Seal-trained stylist in a reputable hair salon in Edmonton.
However, my passion for beauty wasn't the only dream I harbored. I had a calling to pursue nursing, and I embarked on this new path with unwavering determination. After successfully completing nursing school, I embarked on a career as a floor nurse on a pre/post-surgical unit. My journey didn't end there; I furthered my expertise by taking an operating room specialization course.
In 2018, I found myself at Kelowna General Hospital, where I became an integral part of the operating room team. To this day, I continue to hold a part-time position there. It's a privilege to merge my two great passions, nursing and aesthetics, and I couldn't be more thrilled to commence a new chapter in my career. I've recently joined External Affairs Medical Spa in Kelowna, where I serve as a Nurse Injector and Permanent Makeup Artist, allowing me to bring my diverse skill set to a dynamic and innovative environment.
