With over 23 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance, Carla has post-secondary education in Office and Records Administration. Working alongside Dr. Steven in the BHRT program, she has received level 1 certification through The Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine by Worldlink Medical. EA is lucky to have Carla's impressive skillset managing daily operations for our Medical department.
