Restore Youthfulness to Your Face
Regain your collagen (and your youth) with Sculptra.
Once we become adults, we start losing 1% of our collagen every year, it’s part of aging. A fibrous protein in our skin’s deep dermis, collagen is a key component of healthy-looking skin: it’s gives our skin structure and supports the function of elastin and hyaluronic acid. Elastin maintains the skin’s shape and hyaluronic acid protects and hydrates the skin. When we have more collagen, we have more elastin and hyaluronic acid.
Sculptra is an injectable collagen stimulating procedure that provides a soft natural look. Ideal for those who don’t want to look “filled,” it fights wrinkles and sagging skin, restoring plumpness.

Facial Shape & Volume
Get subtle, natural and lasting results with Sculptra.
Unlike fillers, Sculptra is a stimulant injection that triggers your skin to regrow its collagen. The Sculptra is absorbed by your body, leaving behind a new collagen layer.
Requiring a series of treatments to achieve maximum results, we’ll develop a custom treatment plan for your skin and your goals, taking 3D photos of the depleted area. During the injection treatment, Sculptra will be injected into the area of concern.
Sculptra uses Poly-L-Lactic acid which works with your own body’s production of collagen and thickening of the skin; over time, filling in fine and deep lines and softening facial contours. Results will occur in over eight weeks, as the body needs time to grow new collagen.
Address the underlying cause of facial aging.
Sculptra is a long-lasting, clinically-proven, non-invasive, stimulating injectable treatment, administered by one of our trained medical professionals, that is designed to smooth out and soften lines and wrinkles, restore facial volume and contour the face in a natural way.

Why Choose Us?
At External Affairs, a reliable method of significantly improving the overall thickness of skin has been our goal for over 20 years – Sculptra achieves that goal, and we are one of the only clinics that are approved to offer it.
What to Expect
Sculptra is injected into the deep dermis where collagen strands support your skin’s structure. Over time, it will help your body reproduce lost collagen.
From person to person, the amount of Sculptra injected depends on how much collagen has been lost. For the first 24-48 hours there is fluid in the face which gets reabsorbed.
The collagen stimulating process starts at about two weeks post treatment, but results are usually visible within 8-12 weeks. At that time a second treatment may be performed.
